What if my pet has an emergency?

Hopefully your pet will never need emergency care. But, if it does we recommend the Animal Emergency & Trauma Hospital. The clinic is staffed by a veterinarian and skilled support staff - they provide emergency care whenever we are closed. If your pet requires immediate medical attention after office hours, contact them at 791-PETS(7387).

Are you accepting new patients?

We are always glad to meet animal lovers. Our practice focuses on dogs and cats. Please call to schedule an appointment. Our doctors like to make sure they have a little extra time to get to know you and your pet at the first visit.

Do you have pets for adoption? (Also do you have a bulletin board...)

We maintain a notebook listing free pets, pets for sale and lost pets. This book is updated daily. If you are looking to place a pet, please call us and we will be glad to place a listing in the notebook. Or if you want to find a pet, we can look in the book and see if we have any listings that match your needs.  We also recommend checking out the local shelters and rescue agencies. Pawprints Magazine, published monthly, is a great resource.

Can I volunteer?

Because of the pace of our practice and the degree of training involved to provide quality care, we rarely accept volunteers. If you just wish to observe for a day or two, this can usually be arranged.

Do you have payment plans?

Payment is required at the time of service. In addition to cash, we accept checks, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also accept CareCredit, a health care credit card. Applications are available in our office. We do offer Kitten and Puppy plans that spread the cost of initial wellness care including the spay/neuter surgery over six months.
